Vintage 1960s Vogue wrap dress pattern - Vogue 5036

...When the call came it was usually out of the blue. Sometimes it was even in the middle of the night. And notice was always short- it was always a case of "we need you now".
Just as well then that she had a closet full of dresses so elegant and simple she could just wrap one round her and go. Same dress, different fabrics. The black taffeta number had taken her to the Ritz Carlton and the bust-up of a diamond smuggling ring. And she'd strolled through the kidnapping and safe return of a Sheikh's daughter in Grand Cayman in green and white linen. And those dresses were great for accessorizing- no one ever suspected a necklace which concealed a bug, or a camera hidden in a corsage. (They were quick to take off, too, which had turned out to be a life-saving advantage in surprising ways...)

Condition: All pattern pieces and instructions are present and correct. Printed pattern pieces are uncut! Envelope is in fairly good condition, with a little tearing across the bottom envelope fold.
