Forest Green Whistle

Description

I hand built this whistle from a stoneware clay and glazed with a non-toxic (lead free) ceramic glaze. It has been fired to just under 2200 degrees.

Just under 2" tall (5 cm) and 1 1/2 wide (4 cm), this fits nicely into the palm of one's hand. BONUS: If you fill your breath with air and blow as hard as you can, this whistle refuses to toot. It doesn't make a sound, but if evenly blown into, it makes a cheerful toot that will not bother those parents who especially hate loud noises.

Perfect gift for that hard to buy for person: child or adult.
