Rustic Cathedral Window Earrings

Etched glass, and black patina.... oh how it makes me think of midnight walks and seeing the light shine through church windows from inside, the eerie glow!

Detailed etched glass pieces have been soldered with lead free solder then given an almost black patina to show off the color. The amber of this glass just glows! The look is very "Found Object" in style, I love making things look worn and old, like treasure hidden for a long period of time!

The glass diamonds have been dropped from nickel free Niobium ear wires, great for those with allergies. The ear wires have been decorated with sterling silver wire. Tiny green glass flower caps have been wire wrapped with gun metal then dropped in from of the cathedral windows.

The look is playful gothic and the colors of olive green and amber are so warm and rich!

The earrings drop down just over an 1" from the ear and will come in a gift box and with clear rubber stoppers.
