BLUEBERRY - handspun recycled yarn

Description

Beautiful rich range of blues! This variegated yarn is spun from one of my "blueberry" batts and contains turquoise, medium blue, and aqua wool, mint greeny-blue superwash wool, and creamy white soysilk. Made from mill end fiber and soysilk (which is made from a by-product of tofu manufacturing) -- 100% recycled content.

Fiber: 60% wool, 20% soysilk, 20% superwash wool

Yarn weight: sport (14 wraps per inch - the number of times this yarn wraps around one inch of a ruler)

Gauge: 5.5 stitches/inch on size US 7 needles

Texture: single ("one-ply")

Care instructions: hand wash

Length per skein: 179 yards

Weight per skein: 1.5 oz./44g

Each skein is individually labeled with fiber content, yarn weight, gauge, minimum yardage and weight.
