Beautiful cotton fabric designed by Maija Isola for Marimekko adorns the outside. Poppies are candy-apple red and plumb... centers are gray and black. Inside lining is solid black cotton; all interfaced with soft flannel to protect your stash. So that's SIX layers of fabric in all! Top stitching is red to compliment the poppies.... all finished off with a unique red shank button hand-stitched to the front; an elastic loop secures it shut.
