Shells, One was in her mother's drawers. They were a few in the cupboards, another in her china cabinet yet another in her favorite cup. As far as she knew her mother had never seen the ocean. Where did they come from? It wasn't until she opened the jewelry box that she found wrapped in a silk hankie was a shell and a note.
