Large Blue Delft China Dutch Shoe Planter or Ashtray
Description
Pretty Dutch Delft blue and white shoe that is designed to be an ashtray. Too pretty to use as one, though. (Would make a great paper clip holder.)Windmill and floral hand painted designs decorate this 5 1/2" long shoe. Measures 2 1/4" across and stands 2 3/4" high.
Unknown age, but bottom has small crown and D & L Hand Painted Delfts Blue (see picture).
Shoe is in great condition, no chips, cracks, or glaze crackling.
All vintage sold as is, please convo with questions.
