Nepalese Chank and Dragon Amulet

Description

Summer cool or Winter white...wear this necklace all year 'round. The pendant, handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal, is a large polished piece of Sacred Chank shell. The enormous bail features a repoussee'd brass dragon meant to protect the wearer from evil spirits. The reverse of the pendant reveals a beautiful repoussee'd Lotus Blossom for Enlightenment.

The necklace combines lovely milky white Mother of Pearl rounds and octagon brass beads, inlaid with tiny bits of Turquoise and Coral. The clasp is brass from India.
