Rome Fascinator - Feather flower headpiece and birdcage veil.

Description

This fascinator and veil designed by Tied & Feathered would look great worn to a wedding or a fancy party.

The flower is made up of feathers turned in towards each other. They are set on a sinamay base.

The merry widow birdcage veil is spotted and skims across half your face when worn.

The veiling is available in:
black
white
ivory
