Metal Moon and Star Earrings
Description
When I think of earrings, for myself, that is...I want to see plenty of length and movement. Earrings that command attention. These handcrafted copper and brass earrings are just the thing! I imprinted the design on the brass bases, using an etching plate I made, then added the copper moon and star. Oxidation brought out the detail of the design. Then, for movement, I added the copper strips. Believe me, they really move when you do! The overall length from the earlobe to the end of the longest dangle is 4 1/2 inches .The base is 1 x 1 1/4 inches.
