Over the seven seas leather pendant

Description

Ship imagery that is permanently set onto leather. The technique I use for these pieces is similar to a 'tattoo'process, where the leather completely absorbs the ink, revealing the subtle textures of the grain. I also finish the pieces with a non-toxic sealant which gives the piece a nice finish and ensures the pendant is completely weather-proof!

All pendants in these series consist of leather, hung from a lovely thick 16" long sterling silver chain.If you would like a longer chain, please send a request. An additional charge of $2-$4 will apply depending on the length. The leather that is used is thick enough that it will retain its shape and not bend.

This ship image is mostly black and white, with subtle tinges of light blue. A very versatile piece that can be worn with many different outfits-it looks especially striking next to black. A great gift for those who love to travel, or have a passion for the sea, boats and the nautical.
