Take a step away from the traditional, I put this piece together taking advantage of the striking contrast between shining black coque feathers and elegantly dyed red pheasant feathers. Fluttering peacock feather accents provide an additional touch of glamour.

I set the piece on an antiqued gold piece of filigree, and anchored the array with a small assemblage of vintage jewelry pieces.
