Gilleaindreas Handpainted Bracelet

Description

Gilleaindreas has the blues, even though she lives in the finest medieval castle in all the land. The initial concept was sketched in a Moleskine with pencil and copic markers. The original framed illustration was shown and sold at a gallery in Indianapolis in 2007.

This is a delicate, one-of-a-kind wearable art piece with my own original illustration on front of a wooden bangle bracelet. The girl is drawn onto the bracelet with pencil, ink and Copic markers. Her body fades into nothingness on the backside. Signed and dated by the artist. Protected by a semi-gloss varnish. Bangle is 1.5 in. wide.

Please note that the bracelet is not waterproof and although they are well-sealed, it is wearable art jewelry and should be handled gently.

The story of the original illustration is that Murran has the blues, even though she lives in the finest castle in all the land.
