Wonderful selection of authentic Cajun recipes. A big plus is the 12 color prints (including the front and back cover) done on cardstock of various renderings of Louisiana life and culture by artist George Rodrigue (yes, of the Blue Dog fame) whose permanent residence is in Lafayette.

Pages are clean though there are a couple of old grease spots on a few of them. Front and back cover shows edge wear and tear but does not detract from the artwork at all. A small corner of the plastic comb at the top of the spine has broken off. Condition is average.

Another wonderful community cookbook for your collection.
