This item is an entry in the Mad Scientists of Etsy (MSOE) monthly challenge. This month’s challenge was a creation inspired by the theme - Darwin our 'famous scientist'.

The little "lady" on the print is called Triops, tadpole shrimp or shield shrimp. Their external morphology has not changed since around 220 million years ago. Triops may therefore be the "oldest living animal species on earth". Talking about "Survival of the fittest" :) I guess the evolution has made them "perfect" for their environment and because of that fact I thought that she would be a perfect "model" for this challenge.

...and look at her, just like any other girl she likes to look at her self in the "mirror" :)
