Light blue and dark blue feather fascinator or cocktail hat

For women who want an eye-catching adornment that fits closer to the head, we have this 50s-inspired headpiece.

Part of our newest line of hats, this style of headpiece is called a cocktail hat or a fascinator. It is sewn to a barrette for easy and secure attachment to any hairstyle. All adornments are securely hand-sewn for an elegant and sturdy piece.

This item is MADE TO ORDER. It will be custom fabricated for you when your order is placed, which can take up to a week.

This dramatic feather fascinator is light and dark blue. The light blue feather base measures 7 inches long by 5 inches wide, worn at a jaunty angle across the corner of the forehead. It is adorned with dark blue accent feathers, and a light blue satin fabric rose with two light blue leaves and a spray of light and dark blue eyelash feathers. The short, pleated veil is of light blue diamond netting with chenille dots.

Please note that this style of hat does NOT have a detatchable veil. The veil is sewn directly to the feather headpiece.

These hats are created by Joei Reed Custom Millinery. Joei Reed trained in theatrical costume design at Duke University and offers a variety of colors and adornments.

Domestic shipping by USPS Priority mail is $5 (no tracking or insurance, but delivery confirmation is included). Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days but it is not guaranteed, and it has taken up to five days on occasion. UPS has recently increased their rates so UPS Ground can be up to $15, depending on location, but offers tracking, insurance and a guaranteed delivery date. Please contact us before purchase if you'd like to upgrade your shipping to UPS Ground.

Paypal is preferred. If you wish to send check or money order, item will ship once payment has cleared.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ONLY ship Priority Mail to other countries because regular mail can be too unreliable. Priority Mail usually takes 6-10 days but is not guaranteed. Generic international shipping rates are provided below as a convenience. If you want us to double check shipping rates for priority mail to your country, just let us know.
