This dress is a Halter top empire waist with a full skirt, this dress is fully lines. the top panels slightly overlap each other in the front and the straps have been pleater and the top of the shoulders to give a nice look when tied. This dress has elastic in the back and a 12inch invisible zipper. Full flowing skirt can be floor length, ankle or tea.
