This dress just rocks! Ultra short micro mini dress. Open neckline has a single button and wide spread, pointy collar. Very full bishop sleeves of sheer chiffon with button cuffs. Black, semi sheer stretchy fabric with a lacy ruffled design... very likely a poly nylon blend with a touch of spandex or elastic. This is an authentic vintage mini dress, NOT a longer dress that has been shortened. Estimated vintage 1970s.
