THE AMAZING ROBOT WOMAN, original blueprint design by Buster Mcgee

"THE AMAZING ROBOT MAN" and "THE AMAZING ROBOT WOMAN" is a humorous little offering added the kennel of wonderment.

NOTE: The second thumbnail shows the entire print and obviously will not be watermarked!

This crazy little idea came about one afternoon when I was drawing with my daughter. The drawing I did that day was "the amazing robot buster" which of course was a robotic dog.

I was intentionally drawing in a very naive almost haphazard kind of way and the end result was quite fun. I then proceeded to draw one of my daughter, focusing on the key attributes that make her who she is... it was quite a laugh and both "robot buster" and "robot kid" lived on the fridge for years.

I have now blown the ol' dust off my twisted little blueprint idea and am proud to present both "THE AMAZING ROBOT MAN" and "THE AMAZING ROBOT WOMAN".

ALSO: It has been brought to my attention that these blueprints may be a little sexist, but I don't think so, it was just something my bit of skirt said to me the other day whilst she was cooking my dinner;) JOKING!!! Anyway, you can make your own assessment upon viewing.

PROCESS:
These prints start out as hand drawn caricatures which are then scanned in to the computer and vectored in Illustrator. Photoshop was used to create the folder blueprint look for the background. The text and layout is all finished in Illustrator and outputted from that point.

These are printed on tracing film and are unmounted. The tracing film gives a great "blueprint" look to the pictures and looks great in a frame with white backing card (included).

All prints are A4 in size. If you really want a larger size, please convo me for pricing as I'll need to outsource the prints.

I keep meaning to add to these ideas and perhaps someday soon I shall... in the meantime though, enjoy this happy couple!
