== Chagami - My original handmade paper, also available for sale at my shop. Tea leaves are mixed into the paper, adding a wonderful tea scent as well as gorgeous texture. Measures approximately 9" x 11.75" (22.86cm x 29.85cm).
== Sumi - Charcoal stick that is ground into water to create ink for shodou and sumi-e.
== Stamp pad specifically designed for hanko (a seal or chop).

Inspiration:
It started with a small spiral to practice making enzo circles (aka 'zen circles') on a fresh sheet of wood-toned Chagami. Soon I started connecting the spiral to waves. The waves became clouds, and it seemed fitting to add a bird figure as well. On the upper right corner is the Japanese character for flight, 飛 (とぶ, pronounced "toe-boo").
