Royal blue and navy mini top hat

Finish your retro/vintage,rockabilly, goth or cosplay look with this mini top hat, reminiscent of hat styles from the 1940s! Mini hats, also called toy hats or doll hats, were popular after World War II, ostensibly due to material shortages.

This is one of our newest colors! This hat is made of royal blue felt, measuring 7 inches long by 5.5 inches wide, including the brim. It is adorned with a pad of navy blue feathers, and a band of dark blue satin ribbon with a woven rectangular pattern. The short veil is made of navy diamond netting without chenille dots. It is finished with a large blue button featuring a fleur-de-lis in metallic blue foil under a clear coating.

The hat is sewn to a blue hair comb, in a style called a fascinator, for easy attachment to any hairstyle. (We can add an elastic headband if you request it; tell us your hair color so we can match the band to it.) All adornments are hand-sewn and securely attached.

This hat is MADE TO ORDER. It will be custom fabricated by hand when your order is placed, and this can take up to a week.

Domestic US shipping is $5 for US Postal Service Priority Mail, which includes delivery confirmation. Domestic Priority Mail takes 2-3 days, but is not guaranteed. UPS shipping is available for an additional fee, but note that UPS has recently increased their rates so UPS Ground can be up to $15, depending on location, but offers tracking and insurance.

We will combine shipping for multiple purchases. Paypal is preferred. If you wish to send check or money order, item will ship once payment has cleared.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ONLY ship Priority Mail to other countries because regular mail can be too unreliable. Generic international shipping rates are provided below as a convenience. If you want us to double check shipping rates for priority mail to your country, just let us know. International Priority Mail is scheduled to take 6-10 days, but this is not guaranteed.
