Hand Spun Art Yarn

Batt-tacular yarns are yarns spun from carded/blended batts of fiber. FunctionArt yarns are my version of an art yarn - fun and FUNCTIONAL.

This is a super soft - and big! - skein spun by me from a carded batt from terrabellaspun.etsy.com called "Marine Tangerine". It is 100% Australian Merino wool in shades of Turquoise, Moss Green, Tangerine & White. I spun in novelty yarn snippets in matching colors and then plied with a light green thread. Super soft!

Wraps per inch: 5-7
Gauge per inch: 1.5-3
Recommended needles: 11 or higher (metric: 9)
Recommended hook: M or higher

Bulky/Super bulky

Hand wash cold, dry flat
