Triquetra or Trefoil Knot - Sandcarved Aqua Terra Jasper Pendant

Description

The triquetra or trefoil knot is often used as a design element in Celtic art. To Christians, it symbolizes the holy trinity (Father, Son, Holy spirit). For Neopagans it can represent their faith, or the tripartite (land, sea, air). It is also used by wiccans to symbolize the 3 Goddesses, or mind, body and soul.

The image was etched (sandblasted) on the face and filled with black paint fill. The pendant is 35x45mm. The bail is sterling silver (0.925).
