For most newborn infants, a standard Fringie is more than adequate. A Super Fringie is the perfect way to show off infants, older babies, toddlers, preschool age children, high school graduates or any age of subjects. If you need bulk, then a Super Fringie is for you!

I kept imagining different, fun things to do with it as I was making it...like lay it in a wicker laundry basket or one of those red wagons or even right on the floor and have an older child (pre-schooler) sit cross-legged on it and then take the pic slightly from above with them looking up at the camera...or arranging it in a chair behind their back and under their legs...

For high school graduation senior portraits, put it on the table and have them lean on it or put it on the clean studio floor and have them lay with their upper body on it, propped up on one elbow or with their arms crossed...so many options!

I made this "Mat O' Fringe" about 1/2 inch thick with earthy, woodsy, Bohemian colors in every hue. It can either be laid out in a 2' x 2' square or an oval measuring 4' x 2' (will be slightly thinner when laid out in an oval, of course--in this image by Shelly, the Super Fringie has been expanded to full length).

I've made one side more "frou-frou" with fancy, bulky and/or textured yarns than the other side, so you can flip it over depending on the look you're going for.

This richly colored, unisex, kinda-sorta all-fringe blanket is so special because it contains sparkly olives and browns in addition to the usual Bohemian colors at no extra charge!

This original design includes over FIFTY different yarns of various textures & colors including plum purples, goldenrod yellows, sky blues, indigo navy, poppy and pumpkin oranges, wet bark browns, cottony creams, new grass & teal greens, rich reds, wildfire charcoals and so much more.

**Important Note: My "Fringies" work only as a photography prop for short periods under direct supervision; they're not a functioning baby blanket or toy and are for professional use only. Other accessories not included.

As with most of my work, please just let me know if you'd like yours a little different; custom orders & special requests are welcome and I generally can make a design more heavy/lightweight, wider/thinner, shorter/longer, use different colors, etc.

My standard shipping is $5 per package to anywhere in the world. I ship to U.S. customers via USPS Priority Mail & to international customers via first class.
