The Amanda Sock Keeper (DPNs)

The second of the Keeper series, this Amanda sock bag (specially designed for those knitting socks on double pointed needles) has a drawstring closure, plenty of room for your sock in progress, a ball of yarn or two, and these sock bags come with double-pointed needle WIP holders from Nancy's Knit Knacks...the perfect way to protect your DPNs to avoid unintentional breakage or worse *gasp!* poke-age!

The exterior is "Dandelion Field" in Forest from Amy Butler's Daisy Chain fabric line, the interior is a pale off-white. At 11.5 x 8 inches (29x20 cm) the Amanda will neatly slide (or conveniently squish) into a larger knitting bag, purse, or even a desk drawer if you knit at work! By popular request from the knitters over at Ravelry.com, starting in July all new Keepers will include a handy wrist loop for easier on-the-go knitting! It would be great as a gift for a Secret Pal or a friend new to knitting, especially with packaged with some luscious hand-dyed yarn and (for those you REALLY love) maybe some Lantern Moon DPNs too?
