Turquoise Wheel Pendant and Mala Bead Brass I

Description

My series of Turquoise Wheel pendants is inspired by the remarkable stone I am lucky enough to have happened upon. The Turquoise is natural and organically and irregularly cut into this wheel shape. You can read more about it here if you'd like:

Here, the 18 x 8mm Turquoise Wheel is paired with salvaged beaded brass that was inlaid onto a large Tibetan Mala bead. I've shaped it to serve as a bail for the stone and love the combination of the two. The total length of the pendant is 28mm. I use Mala beads often in my work and was delighted to salvage this brass that was no longer securely attached to it's round base bead. You can read more about my work with Mala beads here:

The pendant hangs on a 16" sterling silver ball chain. Do contact me if you'd prefer a different length.
