This gorgeous fabric has the appearance of watercolors and is sure to make anyone feel feminine. I've cut the skirt from a full circle of smooth cotton fabric. The skirt is naturally full and can be worn with a variety of tops. The waistband is elastic for a comfortable fit. This is the only skirt that will be created in this fabric, so it's one of a kind.Measurements:
Waist: 30-36" Max. stretch is 40" (76-91.5 cm max= 101.5 cm)
