Description

This ornament is a smaller version of my Fleur Debris wall sculptures, it is actually a refrigerator magnet that measures about 5"tall and 3"wide. If you prefer, I can add a wire loop to the top so it can be hung like an ornament, just send me a "convo" to request it, thanks.

These little sculptures are all one-of-a-kind, and are made with all kinds of debris and cool junk I find in the streets of New Orleans. They are dipped in a clear gloss finish and are waterproof (to a reasonable amount of water, like raindrops.)

If you love New Orleans, then you probably know what the fleur de lis symbolizes, but for those of you who don't know.......the fleur de lis symbolizes peace, purity, and resurrection. It was first brought to the city by French settlers, appearing in artwork, flags, military uniforms, and architectural ironwork. Since hurricane katrina, the fleur de lis has become a signifigant symbol of our strength, endurance, rebirth, and love for this great city.

They make great gifts, and are truly unique pieces of art.
