my new VINTAGE KITTY line of creations is called THE SCRAPBOX COLLECTION... these pieces are pretty fly-away designs with loads of frills, ruffles, laces, vintage and modern, crochet and anything else that grabs my fancy..!

this is a SCRAPBOX MINI DRESS... the dress is a romantic mixture of creams, baby and the softest dusky pinks, ecru and old golds.. this dress has a real vintage, antique boudoir look to it...so pretty and sexy at the same time..... vintage style laces, hand stitched and hand dyed crocheted vintage doilies, layers of soft embroidered laces, vintage beaded bridal lace, tonnes of pearls and over the top gorgeousness..!

the dress is stretchy as it has been created from a vintage stretch petticoat/slip which becomes the lining...

the straps are adjustable...

recycled and re-designed to create a beautiful one-off creation... the edges are raw and fraying to add beautiful character as well as giving it a bit of an edge of difference...

these gorgeous dresses are one of a kind... no two alike.. its a very funky party dress, or for a special ocassion, prom, birthday or even as a wedding dress..! they also look fab over jeans or tights for a really different edgy look... totally shabby chic with a bit of rock chic in the mix...


due to the nature of the stretchy slip used as a base, this dress can fit XXSMALL - XSMALL....(approx US 4/6 OR NZ 6/8)... but please check the measurements to make sure it will fit... measurements given are lying flat unstretched one side only, so double for full measurements...


across the bust, unstretched side to side is about 14inches (35.5 cm), just under the bust at narrowest point, it nips into about 13 inches unstretched.. (33cm)
side to side at the hips about 15 1/2 inches unstretched (39 cm), so double that for full circumference...

top of bust to hem is up and down, length about 32 inches...(81 cm), this measurement is EXCLUDING the straps as they are adjustable....


NB:
*washing instructions.. hand wash in cold or tepid water and lay flat to dry..
*this skirt has vintage components.. please wear gently.. imperfections, tiny marks or repairs, if any are part of the charm of wearing beautiful re-created garments.. please know that I would not offer anything that I wouldnt wear myself..
