Rawhide Mallet and Wood Dapping Block Set
Description
FREE SHIPPINGThis mallet is made in the USA of highgrade rawhide and seasoned hickory wood and has a 1.25" head. It is the only mallet we use with our wood dapping block to dome metal.
The dapping block is a 2.25" square and comes with two punches and is used to shape and form metal blanks without scratching it.
We use this set in several of our classes, especially our Sticks & Stacks & Domes enamel class and our Simple Metal Jewelry series.
Simply place your metal blank into a depression (we begin with the largest one) and with your rawhide mallet, simply strike the wooden punches to shape your metal.
We sell this as a set only.(metal blanks not included)
