Warrior Angels or Winged Guardians?

Following on from my fascination with Angels, I have made a group of winged beings, that I feel are like warrior angels.
They started as an exploration with a new technique and as always with these things, inspiration just flowed and here they are!
I was tempted to give them names but I think that should be the privilege of the person that they belong too.

Lavishly hand beaded with striking features machine and hand.
These dolls are entirely made by me, I use the needle on my sewing machine to 'draw' the faces with thread and everyting is done by me, by hand, stuffing, beading etc.
Embroidered and wearing a shield across the chest, and an elaborate head-dress, this warrior looks dramatic standing on a shelf or just as easily, could be hung on a door as a door guardian.

This warrior measures:29x15cm (width is from tips of hands)
Made from cotton with a non allergic filler, the backing is a pretty green patterned cotton also.

Each warrior comes with a little handmade tag so that you know it's an authentic 7thMagpie creation!
