Three circles of nickel silver form the metal part of these hair ties. The form is slightly curved to accomodate hair. Will work for many hair types. One of the models has locs.

OK. So I'm one of three sisters and this hair tie is in homage to it! So excited about this new product!!!

I've taken nickel silver and created this piece. Why nickel silver? It is a sturdy metal alloy of nickel, copper, and zinc. Please note, if you have allergies to any of these metals, these might not be for you! I think you'd be okay as they don't make much contact with the skin, but you should be safe rather than sorry. Mom rant over.

::: INSTRUCTIONS :::

The metal form comes attached on one side to an elastic hair tie. To insert in your hair, pull up the amount of hair you'd like to bind up in one hand. Sandwich the hair between the metal part and the elastic. Take the free part of the elastic band in the other hand and hook it on to the open metal hook on the opposite end. It is way more complicated to write than to do!

If the tie should break or you want to use a different color, don't fret! It can be removed and a new elastic can be inserted. For replacements, I recommend thick Goody ouchless elastics.

It is about 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) wide.
