This 5" wide x 7" high journal features Japanese silkscreened paper (chiyogami) with an intricate and bold green on green chrysanthemum pattern on the covers.The pages are hand torn, smooth Magnani Velata middleweight, ivory colored 100% acid free printmaking paper and the book is bound with waxed dark brown linen thread in a coptic stitch (knotted, open-spine) that allows the book to lie flat when open.
The pages are a great weight for lots of writing or sketching and this journal has a sturdy stitching structure designed to stand up to plenty of use. Made from 100% acid-free archival materials. 40 pages (80 front & back).
