Block Printed Appliqued Linen Pillow Cover - Chickadee Woodgrain

Description

Pillow cover made with my 100% linen hand block printed fabric in my "Chickadee" design with my "Woodgrain" pattern in rich brown on the reverse. Pillow has a sweet little block printed & appliqued chickadee made from Ultrasuede, super soft, sitting on a pink cloud of cherry blossoms.

I've made a few pillows up in my block printed fabrics & was not 100% satisfied with them. I finally hit on a combo of linen with a layer of organic cotton batting & natural muslin lining. The batting gives a nice padding, softens the pillows shape & provides a barrier to prevent all those pesky feathers from popping out when using a down insert. Pillow cover has serged seams & invisible zipper. Both sides are printed.

**Note this listing is for the pillow cover only. Pillow cover is made to fit over a 16" x 16" insert. Instructions will be provided for inserting a pillow, care must be taken while inserting the pillow & zipping the cover.**

Care:
Spot clean. Hand wash when necessary. Air dry. Medium iron.
