Photo Wood Block - Peacebloom - Fractal Art Print on Wood
Description
A fine art print of my fractal image "Peacebloom" was adhered to a 4x4" wood block. The block is cradled and will not buckle or warp, plus there is a large area in the back for easy hanging. The image is coated with layers of non-toxic sealer in a satin finish. Small, subtle brush strokes give it a lovely, handmade look without being distracting.Special Introductory Price. These prints are my newest favorite thing! Hang just one in a small space, or hang a bunch to add character to a larger area or wall. Wood block prints offer a more modern, contemporary way to display art than the traditional mat and frame approach. Great gift idea!

Fractal geometry is often called "the geometry of nature" and is used to describe and study the formation of mountain ranges, coastlines, cloud formations and much more. My fractal images, which are often indicative of nature, also have a somewhat "super-natural" bent characterized by rich colors and a multitude of textures.
