SALE - Vintage plaid zip-up dress with red buttons on pockets

What a fun dress! It appears to be handmade. The red buttons on the pockets are a nice touch. This would be great belted to make it more form-fitting.

Measurements are taken across the garment while laid flat
Bust: 20 1/2 in.
Waist: 21 in.
Hips: 21 1/2 in.
Length (from neckline to hem): 37 1/2 in.

Condition: Very Good Vintage. There is a slight discoloration near the bottom of the dress that is very unnoticeable - it looks like a faint tea stain and may come out with a good washing. It appears to have had belt loops, but they were removed.
