low v-neckline with hook and eye closure adds a little rock and roll.

Bodice and back darts for smooth fit, perfect hemming and detailing throughout with princess seams for a smooth fit.

asymmetrical sleeves (one short cap and one a little longer, yet can be evened)

voluminous draping Victorian-inspired skirt is comprised of two panels for a bustle-like look in the back.

Desira Pesta has held a need and want for all things she does to be as ecologically unimpacting as possible and has lived and worked this way since she was a wee tot. There is no fabric waste in this skirts construction and all of the fabric used is designer cast-offs and the elastic in the belt waistband is also upcycled.

Designed, cut, constructed, and sewn by Desira Pesta in a one woman studio in NYC.
