Handspun wool/mohair yarn

Description

Lavender and Old Lace is this yarn that is perfect for a Victorian sensibility. The colors are a subtle swirl of garnet, lavender and peach all with a silvery tone (from the mohair).

The yarn is handspun and hand dyed in a single ply. The wool is from Dottie and the mohair is from Benny. There are 2 skeins of 80 yards each. If I were knitting with this yarn, I would use a size 10 or 11 needle.

This yarn will felt lightly in a washing machine and there will be a definite mohair halo.
