A Shock of Red

I just loooove this ruffled collar! Oh, so very 80's.

I've only made three of these in different sizes, and each is slightly different in cut width. This listing is for the ruff that measures about 15 inches across.

A great alternative to the common scarf. Made with lots of gathered, soft meshy fabric in various shades of printed browns and dark purple, this ruff looks spectacular on-- especially with the shock of red that is not to bright, nor too deep in hue. This ruff can be styled however you like with the ruffled red accent in the front, side, or back. Tied together at the neck with black cotton ribbon.
