This exquisite hand crafted fashion accessory choker or cuff (multi purpose) is made of genuine vintage and contemporary fabrics, trims and textiles. Can be worn wrapped around on ankle, wrist, upper arm or as choker necklace.

Measures 8" W x 2" L (lace ruffle section) Full length with ribbon 27.5"
secures with a velvet black ribbon.

All beads and adornments have been securely hand sewn by me.
