Summer is almost at a close. The children are heading back to school.
If you look closely at the fields around you, the flowers are slowly fading and the grass is just beginning to wither. The breeze gently rustles over the golden seedpods sending downy white thistle drifting through the air, slowly they drop onto the warm green grass below; grass that is beginning to fade into a dusty kind of sage.



This is a very special wool purchased at Fatcatknits. It spun up beautifully, smooth and clean. It would be perfect for a hat, fingerless gloves or mittens. Whatever the choice, it is sure to please!
