Kitty Capshaw sometimes feels out of place with the rest of her "raggedy" friends as she thinks she was born in the wrong era. She just loves "Victorians" and always wanted to own a Victorian dress. The closest she can come to "Victorian" is her crocheted collar.

If Kitty Capshaw had her way she'd be transported back to the Victorian era in a time machine. She just adores the Victorian period and adores the Victorian dresses. She's not to sure that she likes the Victorian's views on women and their rights, but she thinks she could handle that as long as she got to wear those dresses. I don't think so! She's way too independent.
