Description
Simple accordion skirt in a sweet shade of blue with all over white dots. Elastic at the waist band. High waist, hits right below the knee. Unlined and a bit sheer, might need a slip under it. No fabric tags, I would guess poly blend. The elastic is a little worn out and twisted in some parts, looks great with a belt. Good condition.M-L
