Leather travel journal

Description

This journal was made with smooth soft-white paper wrapped in soft, very pale taupe or yellow ochre colored leather. Journal has a leather pocket on the inside of the front cover, loop to hold a pen and the pages are protected by a leather flap and tie, secured by a square brass buckle. Sewn with brown waxed linen thread in a Medieval longstitch style.

The photographs are of the actual book that you will receive. This journal can be personalized at no additional charge with up to 3 initials stamped in gold. Or, "My Journal" or some words of your choice can be stamped in gold for between $5 and $10 (depending on the number of letters.)

The journal is designed to be safely and conveniently carried out into the woods and fields, or packed in a backpack when hiking or mountain trekking.

The paper is very smooth and takes pencil and pen, equally well, and so could be used for a journal or a sketch book.
