Sea Veggie is crafted from strips of handpainted merino roving and torn strips of silk chiffon and cotton fabrics using the nuno felt technique.My 'Tangled' Nuno Felt Scarves...
are created using a wet-felting technique that incorporates wool with an open-weave fabric. I use primarily silk chiffon fabrics and next-to-the-skin soft wools. This results in a thin, flexible and functional work of wearable art.
This piece is incredibly light and with an open, chain-like design...can be wrapped once or around and around without weighing you down. Suitable for all seasons.
