The Tale of Peter Rabbit is such a classic and continues to delight children of all ages!

This is the seventh printing (1945) of the 1926th edition. Estelle V. Frantz is the illustrator. This is the ENLARGED PICTURE EDITION published by Albert Whitman Co. in Chicago.

This book is in good condition with some foxing (discoloring) of the pages and very slight wear on cover and on some pages. The binding is good but slightly loose on the last page (see last photo). It is written to "Dorathy Anne Bacdeker (sp?)....from Aunt Dutchy." The illustrations are very detailed and colorful (see photos).

Overall, this would a wonderful edition to anyone's bookshelf. It is a timeless classic and could conjure memories in some and make memories for others.
