The Good-do-doll is not just a doll for decoration but she is made to work ‘with you’ to increase your personal well being and mental wellness.

How?
That is very simple … by doing an affirmation exercise.

The affirmation exercise helps you to:
* focus on your goals in life
* feel positive about yourself
* be more relaxed and less stressed
* be more balanced on an emotional level
* be positive about your life
* not focus on negative things you encounter

You are what you think and so your thoughts will influence your behavior.
When you think you can do it, you will succeed and when you think you are a loser, you will become one.
Working with affirmations is easy. The affirmation exercise needs to be done on a daily basis for a certain amount of days. It is a moment for yourself and you might see it as a 5 minute meditation. Short but powerful.

Each doll is unique and will come in a crème colored cotton bag with a special manual that explains in detail how to do the exercise. The manual also contains a list of affirmation to choose from but of course you are free to use your own.
You will also get a so called "mala". This is a string of wooden Prayer Beads to keep track of the counts. And there is a small gemstone GemPin to locate - on the doll - the problem area you might want to focus on in your body.
