I have to admit that this piece was inspired by Tara Frey,
(author/editor/blogger: http://bellapink.typepad.com/). She asked me if I could make a gold sideways cross similar to the one that Taylor Jacobson wears, (Rachel Zoe Project),
http://www.chicintuition.com/?p=2524, because she couldn't find one anywhere. So... I present to you my handcrafted version of Taylor's necklace.

Hand Forging this horizontal cross was a time consuming, multi-step process, but I'm so happy with the results. Once I forged it and drilled the holes, I applied a brushed finish to both sides of the cross. This dainty cross measures 10 x 15mm, and is meant to rest around the hollow of your throat.
The chain, including the cross, is 15 3/4" from end to end. It has a 14K Gold Filled lobster clasp, and a 'Theresa Mink' signature tag attached. If you want the length adjusted please leave a message when you check out.

This necklace is available in a larger 14K Gold filled size, a small Sterling Silver one, and an oxidized Sterling Silver version in my shop.
