From Above and Below (No. 21, oil on wood, 3 x 5)

Description

This is an original little oil painting from my 2009 series. This is #21 in the series, titled "From Above and Below." There are light-beams etched into the painting surface, reaching down from the sky.

It measures about 5 inches across. The painting is signed, dated, numbered and titled on the reverse. The sides have been painted and stained an opaque dark brown. Like all my little paintings, this piece is ready to hang and requires no framing.There is a sawtooth hanger on the back.

Please note that computer monitors do not all display accurate colors. The landscape in this painting is a delicate olive green with brown undertones. I've found that this is a particularly difficult color to photograph accurately! On some monitors my photos may appear more brown.

These one-of-a-kind little paintings are nice to hang in a cozy nook or small space in your home, above your desk, or any spot where you need a little window to another land.
