This 30 inch necklace has a old/used but cleaned, Shield Trumpeter brass whistle, a old stock red aluminum star burst cross and a new dog tag that reads, "Lifeguard Mine Walks on Water." The 30 inch chain is vintage old stock. Please see last picture for size information.

To the best of my knowledge, the metal content is brass or rhodium plated brass, and aluminum.
